1. Mwalimu Julius kambarage Nyerere is still remembered for his credibility of being a father of our nation. Since 1967 Tanzania proclaimed to live and implement the ideology of socialism and self-reliance. In six points explain the applicability of his philosophical ideology in influencing development and welfare of the people in the current era.
2. The major drawbacks to the development of vibrant private sectors in Tanzania are in adequate entrepreneurship skills among Tanzanian’s. Entrepreneurship is one among of the potential sector which reduces the government burden on employment opportunities over thousands of graduates from public and private educational Institution. In six (06) points, provide constructive advice to the government on the best way of improving and strengthening Entrepreneurship in Tanzania.
3. The presidency of Her Excellency Samia Suluhu Hassan of the United Republic of Tanzania, had not came into power accidently, but after long efforts of women awakening and empowerment. With respect to this statement, evaluate measures which have facilitated the women capacity building to the extent of having the first female president making the remarkable history of Tanzania. (Give six points)
4. “Civic education is gratefully in building civic competence, patriotic personnel’s as well as responsible citizens” in any nation. In the light of this utterance, describe civil responsibilities in the society. (Give six points).
5. “A system of communication used by a particular society, community or nation is termed as language”. Kiswahili Language is one among the Languages which is growing very fast in Africa and the world at large. Few years ago, the Southern Africa Development Community (SADC) agreed and approved Kiswahili to be one among of its official language. With six points (06), explain how Tanzania has benefit from that decision.
6. Tanzania and other African countries have been struggling to develop and strengthen their technological capacity to conform to global technological maturity. With six points analyze the roles of science and technology in sustainable development.
7. Globalization is not only a “threat” but also “catastrophe” to the teenagers and the entire society in the third world countries. Use your contextual knowledge to justify this quotation by giving six points.

1. Attempting to solidify the policy of brotherhood and self-reliance, the Late Mwalimu J.K. Nyerere sought to introduce education for self-reliance. However, his introduction could not be successfully realized as it was expected. Discuss at least six (6) issues which contributed to that failure.
2. Loss of biodiversity has been worldwide environmental disaster. Suggest six (6) measures to address the problem.
3. The role of promoting science and technology in any country rests under various entities ranging from individuals, communities and the government. In six points, evaluate how the government of Tanzania plays its role.
4. The contemporary world is facing chaos including civil wars while struggling for democracy. Analyse six (6) election procedures that should be adhered to overcome the possibility of the aforementioned challenge.
5. “Globalization came as a mission to fulfill the interest of developed countries in peripheries.” Based on this quotation, analyse how it affects the development of third world countries like Tanzania (6 points).
6. Somalia has for so long been struggling to join the East African Community (EAC). As it yet to be accepted, show how she would benefit from her membership. Provide six (6) points.
7. Some Tanzanians lack culture of preventive care and maintenance of personal and public properties even those who have knowledge on it tend to neglect. Examine six (6) effects resulting from that tendency.
