  1. This paper consists of sections A, B and C with a total of Eleven (11) questions.
  2. Answer all questions in section A and B and two (2) questions from section C.
  3. Section A carries sixteen (16) marks, section B carries fifty four (54) marks and section C carries thirty (30) marks.
  4. All writings must be in blue or black ink.
  5. All communication devices and any unauthorized materials are not allowed in the examination room.
  6. Write your Examination Number on every page of your answer sheet (s).

SECTION A (16 Marks) 

Answer all questions in this section

5. A vice is undesirable or unnatural habit of an animal such as egg eating.

7.a) Explain briefly the concept of weathering as it is used in soil forming process.(4 marks)

10. Suppose you receive twenty Day old chicks (Layers) from nearby farm. As an expert in Agriculture, explain six management requirements from Day old chick (Doc to the 28th day inorder to get good layers for egg production in your farm.( 15marks)

11. "In subsistence farming, nearly all crops and livestock raised are used to sustain the life of farmer and his/ her family". By using six points explain the reality of this statement. (15 Marks)
