  2. Section A carries fifteen (15) marks, section B carries seventy (70) Marks and Section C carries fifteen (15) marks
  3. Answer all questions in all sections
  4. All writings should be in blue or black pen, except for diagrams that must be drawn in pencil.
  5. Communication devices and any unauthorized materials are not allowed in the examination room.

Answer ALL questions in this section

1. For each of the items (i)-(x) ,choose the correct answer from among the given alternatives and write its letter inthe box provided

(i) You have been given a plot of land with clay soil in an area that receives heavy rainfall. You want to grow vegetables. What should you do toprepare the land for planting?
  1. Create flat beds to make watering easier
  2. Prepare sunken beds to collect more water
